2016 Folk Machine Chenin Blanc, Mendocino

Our 2016 Folk Machine Chenin Blanc was picked in late august at about 19.0˚B and wholecluster pressed to two concrete eggs for fermentation, then left on the lees in a oak foudre for Malolactic and after until bottling in March of 2017. The 2016 has lots of mouth-watering acid along with it’s characteristic citrus and mineral dry character. 261 cases produced.
